The Extended Leadership Team of a global multi-billion-dollar company endorsed an initiative to explore how to develop the next generation of products. This exploration led to the launch of a company-wide Change Programme spanning the entire value chain.
To kick-start the programme, key stakeholders and specialists from across the value chain were brought together for a two-day Rapid Solutions Workshop™.
Challenge
The company needed to build a shared understanding of the new vision among key stakeholders and align on what it truly meant for the organization.
The main challenge was to translate this vision into a clear and actionable Change Programme - identifying potential obstacles across the value chain, defining and prioritizing key initiatives, and ensuring collective confidence and commitment to the way forward.
Results
The results of the 2-day Rapid Solution WorkshopTM was firstly a shared understanding andalignment on the vision and how all can contribute to it.
Secondly, identified, discussed and aligned on the 8-10 potentially key challenges the Change Programme will meet and how to overcome.
Thirdly, discussed and aligned on the scope, scale, and critical “battles” required for the Change Programme to succeed.
Outcome
Established a shared understanding of the vision and its strategic importance.
Built collective ownership and commitment across stakeholders, creating a sense of shared responsibility for delivering the vision.
