The executive board, management team and key employees collaborated over the course of 2-days to adjust Must Win Battles; share the understanding of strategy 2030 with link to the MWBs and identify groundbreaking initiatives for next 4-6 quarters.
Challenge
In 2022 the executive board and management team redefined their Must Win Battles as part of strategy 2026. The MWB were unfortunatelyt not effectively communicated afterwards which led to some confusion.
With significant headcount growth over 18 months, the organization needed greater cohesion between people, strategy 2030 and MWBs to ensure clear ownership, accountability, and measurable progress to translate strategy into concrete actions.
Results
The results of the 2-day Rapid Solution WorkshopTM was firstly alignment and commitment to what needs to be achieve in the coming 4 years, connected to the MWBs.
Secondly, an overarching transformation plan that outlines the necessary projects in the business areas and support functions to be carried out in the coming 4-6 quarters, along with their prioritization, sequence, and timing.
Outcome
Evaluated the relevance of each Must Win Battles and adjusted them for future strategy.
Identified strategic initiatives across business areas and support functions to ensure alignment to the ‘Strategy 2030’.
Built collective ownership of Strategy 2030, ensuring everyone clearly understood their role and can take responsibility for implementation.
And ensured that everyone is confident that the decisions made can function across business areas and support functions.
