The results of the 2-day Rapid Solution WorkshopTM was firstly, a common vision for the future of strategic HR the coming 3-4 years with the agreement of the importance of HR as a key enabler for growth - ensuring that talent development, recruitment, and organizational well-being remain central to business success.
Secondly, the group identified and prioritized core focus areas that shaped the overall HR strategy plan.
Thirdly, identified and aligned on 8 concrete strategic initiatives serving as the basis for action the coming 4 quarters.
