The intention is usually to reinforce alignment to the organisations direction and goals by delivering presentations and cascading important communication messages.


Most leaders appreciate the opportunity to be inspired and to network and engage with colleagues. However, many leadership meetings fail to deliver on these expectations and generally lack opportunities for attendees to exchange knowledge, discover new perspectives and to allow for sensemaking and they leave little room for involvement, dialogue and interaction.
